Requirements

  • Proficiency in statistical analysis, machine learning, clustering, and data mining techniques
  • Strong programming skills in Python and experience working with large, dynamic DataFrames
  • Expertise in SQL for complex data querying and manipulation
  • Understanding of data warehousing, databases, and data architecture
  • Experience with machine learning and data visualization tools
  • Ability to identify questionable data and address data quality issues
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and tools

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative analytical models to support business objectives
  • Collaborate with data science leadership, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to develop robust machine learning models using state-of-the-art tools and frameworks
  • Lead the development of Large Language Models (LLMs), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and computer vision solutions for unstructured text and image data, including problem framing, data curation, fine-tuning, and evaluation
  • Partner with AI leadership and ML engineering teams to architect high-quality Agentic AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows, optimizing data ingestion, chunking, embeddings, and vector indexing
  • Create scalable, production-ready models that deliver real-time insights aligned with company standards
  • Define evaluation strategies, error taxonomies, and human-in-the-loop review processes to ensure transparency and model accuracy
  • Contribute to the overall data science strategy, best practices, and team development initiatives

Other

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 6+ years of experience in Data Science, with at least 1 year focused on agentic AI experiences
  • Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively partner with cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to work independently on complex problems and adapt to changing priorities
