Responsibilities
- greeting customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the vehicle selection process
- assisting with vehicle demonstrations
- explaining financing and leasing options
- coordinating test drives
- maintaining up-to-date knowledge of inventory and promotional offers
- handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person
- processing paperwork
Other
- high school diploma or equivalent
- college degree is preferred but not mandatory
- prior experience in retail, customer service, or automotive sales is advantageous
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
