Requirements

Responsibilities
- Partner with marketing, product, and business development teams to incorporate customer performance insights into acquisition strategies
- Lead design, execution, and analysis of A/B tests on new and existing features to inform product and business decisions
- Define, test, and optimize levers for profitable and scalable user acquisition and partnership growth
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline
- Minimum of 1 year experience from a top-tier economic consulting firm (e.g., Analysis Group, Cornerstone Research, Charles River Associates) OR 1+ year of management consulting experience from a top firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, Boston Consulting Group) OR relevant experience in data science or business analysis
- Effective communication skills for audiences ranging from frontline employees to executive leadership
- Commitment to high standards of quality and continuous improvement
