Specifically, the Senior Data Scientist role aims to enhance the company's advertising ecosystem by leveraging data science to drive impactful insights and improve customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Minimum of four years of experience in data science roles focused on advertising, marketing analytics, or client measurement.
  • At least two years of experience in experimental design, statistical modeling, and causal inference.
  • Proficiency in Python or R, along with SQL, with at least one year of experience in developing code that supports both analytical rigor and scalable data workflows.
  • Experience working within cloud-based data environments such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
  • Conceptual understanding of cloud infrastructure’s role in scalable analytics.
  • At least two years of experience leading data-driven projects and influencing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead analytics projects focused on ad performance, client measurement, and experimentation to derive actionable insights.
  • Design, oversee, and analyze experiments to evaluate product impact and optimize advertising outcomes.
  • Develop forecasting models and apply Bayesian frameworks to support strategic and operational decisions.
  • Create and maintain scalable data pipelines and reporting tools across cloud platforms to ensure efficient data processing and accessibility.
  • Communicate complex insights through clear, compelling visualizations tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Mentor junior data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the team.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies.
