Requirements
- Strong understanding of machine learning workflows, data pipelines, and model evaluation
- Experience with full-cycle AI prompting and real-world model interaction
- Proficiency with data science and ML tools such as Python, SQL, pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, or similar
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver high-quality AI and data science training content
- Create full-cycle prompting tasks that reflect real-world AI use cases
- Guide learners or AI systems through end-to-end model reasoning and evaluation workflows
- Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs for correctness, clarity, and reasoning quality
- Develop structured assessments, challenges, and benchmarks for model performance
- Provide clear, actionable feedback through written documentation and verbal reviews
- Continuously refine training materials based on industry trends and model behavior
Other
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage tasks independently
- Comfortable working in a remote, asynchronous collaboration environment
- Strong working experience as a Data Scientist on AI-driven projects
