Requirements
- Proficiency with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark
- Strong programming skills in Python and R, with experience in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms including neural networks, SVM, Naive Bayes, and k-NN
- Experience designing and implementing agentic workflows leveraging AI agents
- Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques and model fine-tuning
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, data warehousing, and ETL processes
Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead data science projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory standards
- Develop, deploy, and monitor AI and machine learning models in production environments, ensuring high performance and compliance
- Lead research and development efforts to stay current with industry advancements in AI, ML, NLP, and computer vision
- Implement model governance, model operationalization, and model risk management strategies
- Design and develop agentic workflows that utilize AI agents for autonomous decision-making and operational efficiency
- Apply RAG techniques to enhance language model performance by integrating external knowledge sources
- Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering to ensure high-quality inputs for modeling
Other
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field
- 10+ years of professional experience as a data scientist, preferably within a healthcare environment
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
