The Home Lending Data & Analytics team needs to define objectives and develop data-driven solutions for complex business challenges, source and integrate data from multiple platforms to narrate the story of past performance, and provide guidance on enhancing business effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proficiency using MS Excel, SQL and Python for data manipulation, visualization, and analysis
- Proven ability to connect data analysis to business strategies and deliver results that drive measurable impact.
- Strong ability to analyze complex problems, dive deep into data, and design innovative solutions.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Snowflake) for large-scale data processing.
- Familiarity with customer segmentation, targeting, or propensity modeling.
Responsibilities
- Source and integrate data from various platforms to narrate the story of past performance and provide guidance on enhancing business effectiveness in meeting customer needs.
- Perform descriptive, diagnostic, and inferential analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
- Identify opportunities with the broader team to develop and enhance dashboards & automated reporting tools to facilitate decision making for business partners.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify and quantify drivers of business performance and recommend actions to improve KPIs.
- Build analytical frameworks to support strategic and complex business priorities.
- Implement predictive analytic models within targeted marketing campaigns, including customer segmentation and forecasting the incremental benefits of marketing efforts.
