Requirements
Proficiency using MS Excel, SQL and Python for data manipulation, visualization, and analysis
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Snowflake) for large-scale data processing.
Familiarity with customer segmentation, targeting, or propensity modeling.
Background in financial services, mortgage, or related domains is a plus.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and other Data & Analytics partners to define objectives and develop data-driven solutions for complex business challenges.
Source and integrate data from various platforms to narrate the story of past performance and provide guidance on enhancing business effectiveness in meeting customer needs.
Perform descriptive, diagnostic, and inferential analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
Identify opportunities with the broader team to develop and enhance dashboards & automated reporting tools to facilitate decision making for business partners.
Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify and quantify drivers of business performance and recommend actions to improve KPIs.
Build analytical frameworks to support strategic and complex business priorities.
Implement predictive analytic models within targeted marketing campaigns, including customer segmentation and forecasting the incremental benefits of marketing efforts.

Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business strategy, or related fields.
Exceptional critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills to effectively deliver insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong ability to analyze complex problems, dive deep into data, and design innovative solutions.
