Noblis is seeking to hire a Data Scientist to rapidly develop innovative solutions for addressing immediate cyber mission challenges for their federal clients.
Requirements
- Proficient experience developing in Python and working on in Linux operating system
- Experience using machine learning and data science packages such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn
- Experience using Elasticsearch and Kibana
- Experience creating visualizations and analytics
- Experience leveraging open-source models and adapting them to generate custom solutions
- Experience creating, evaluating, leveraging and deploying AI/ML models and capabilities
- Performing automating tests (e.g. experience using and applying a common method such as PyTest)
- Strong knowledge of ETL tools and processes for data transformation and loading.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for deploying data solutions.
- Demonstrated experience with cleaning, managing, optimizing performance with, and processing large volumes of data.
- Experience with machine learning, statistical modeling, time-series forecasting, and/or geospatial analytics; experience with Hadoop, Spark, or other parallel storage/computing processes is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify, adapt, and integrate state-of-the-art research and open-source technologies into creative solutions.
- Develop and train new machine learning models.
- Identify, curate, and process large data sets.
- Research, apply, analyze, and document technical approaches and their outcomes.
- Leverage various computing resources such as GPU clusters and cloud-based compute servers.
- Experience creating, evaluating, leveraging and deploying AI/ML models and capabilities
- Performing automating tests (e.g. experience using and applying a common method such as PyTest)
Other
- Bachelor's degree in STEM fields such as computer science, statistics, statistics, data analytics, computer engineering, mathematics, and physics.
- 3+ years of related professional experience.
- ACTIVE Top Secret with SCI and Polygraph.
- US Citizenship is required.
- Experience effectively working with Agile cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven solutions iteratively
