Entegris is seeking a Data Scientist Co-Op to apply analytical skills to real-world manufacturing and metrology challenges, aiming to improve processes that impact product quality and performance.
Requirements
- Strong foundation in Python, R, or similar programming languages
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, matplotlib)
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow)
Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets from manufacturing and metrology systems to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to support process optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Automate data pipelines and reporting tools using Python, SQL, or similar technologies
- Document findings and present results to engineering and leadership teams
Other
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, computer science, statistics, engineering, or related field
- Graduation date of Spring 2026 or later
- Must be a currently enrolled student
- Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June.
- Must be familiar with the universities requirements to participate in a co-op program
