WIT is looking to solve the business problem of improving customer experience in digital channels by reducing analog interactions in the contact center through data science and GenAI/ChatGPT.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Data Science, including ML/AI experience and consumer experience data modelling.
- Must have experience working with data in the Customer/Digital Experience; very commonly referred to as ‘CX’ sometimes ‘DX.’
- Demonstrates a passion, curiosity, and willingness to working with Generative AI/ChatGPT.
- Strong data analyst skills, probably some advanced analytics or data science background with Python experience.
- Some experience with Text Analytics and AZURE ML preferred.
- Experience in creating data models including predictive modeling.
- Highly proficient on python.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data model to improve the customer experience of digital customer channels (web/IVR), which would reduce the number of analog (human) interactions in the contact center (calls/emails) preferred.
- Develop and implement the use of data science and GenAI / ChatGPT highly preferred.
- Using ChatGPT/LLM methods to perform this kind of analysis.
- Meet with customers to gather business and technical requirements.
- Establish trust advisor status for data and analytics customers.
- Lead by example through a culture of accountability and process
Other
- Candidates should have hands-on development experience in Data Analytics, with excellent data storytelling skills.
- We are seeking a blend of technical and advanced customer interaction skills, with a solid track record of delighting customers with the delivery of successful projects.
- Excellent facilitation, verbal, and written communication skills.
