Requirements

- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis.
- Background in eCommerce analytics and performance tracking.
- Experience with Python for data analysis.
- Familiarity with Optimizely for experimentation and testing.
- Understanding of machine learning systems and pipelines.
- Experience in product analytics within high-growth environments.
Responsibilities
- Analyze user behavior and conduct funnel analysis to uncover actionable insights.
- Support A/B test design, execution, and interpretation.
- Build dashboards and monitor KPIs to guide product decisions.
- Surface data quality issues and contribute to data integrity improvements.
- Translate complex data findings into clear business storytelling.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define and measure success metrics.
- Participate in weekly/monthly reporting and updates calls.
