Supporting advanced criminal investigations and intelligence operations by unlocking insight from large and complex datasets for an FBI contract
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, R)
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools and platforms
- Strong proficiency in relational and non-relational databases
- Deep understanding of analytical techniques relevant to intelligence and investigative domains
- Experience with information assurance, anomaly detection, and statistical variance analysis
Responsibilities
- Perform data wrangling, normalization, and transformation on investigative datasets
- Create statistical models and dynamic visualizations that reveal patterns, anomalies, and leads
- Enable investigators and analysts by converting raw data into actionable formats
- Recommend and implement data architectures, storage frameworks, and retrieval pipelines
- Collaborate with technical and investigative stakeholders to define analytical requirements
- Document and present data methodologies, findings, and tools to technical and non-technical audiences

- Active TS/SCI level clearance minimum
- US Citizenship Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in applied data science, ideally in federal, law enforcement, or intelligence environments
