Uber's platform needs to provide seamless and secure experiences for users through statistics, experiment design, and data science model deployment. The role will improve authentication, account management, and account linking flows for users, and use technical and business skills to drive Identity strategy across Uber.
Requirements
- 2+ years of SQL experience (Hive, Spark, and other big data tools would be a plus)
- 2+ years of experience in a data-focused role such as product analytics, business analytics, business operations, or data science
- Experience in experimentation, A/B testing and statistical modeling
- Identity (signup / login / account management / account security) experience would be a plus
- Experience in Python/R would be a plus
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Python, R, Tableau
- Proven track record of applying analytical/statistical methods to solve real-world problems using big data
