Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from diverse sources to ensure quality and integrity.

- Develop and maintain predictive models and algorithms to address business needs.
- Create compelling data visualizations for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinicians, engineers, and analysts.
- Document methodologies and findings in alignment with scientific best practices.
- Stay current with emerging data science tools and trends.
Other
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (Ph.D. preferred).
- 3–6 years of experience in healthcare data science or analytics.
- Experience with Epic Cognitive Computing and Epic certifications is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Epic EMR knowledge and healthcare licensure are desirable.
