Requirements
- Strong Python and SQL skills
- Experience working with AI and machine learning models
- Experience with data pipelines and data engineering
- Familiarity with technologies such as Python, TypeScript, React, NodeJS, Kubernetes, Istio, Postgres, ElasticSearch, NATS, AWS, Terraform
Responsibilities
- Partner with data scientists and clinical experts to shape how we define provider performance metrics, apply statistical rules, and model provider behavior
- Drive the evolution and construction of tools we use to write, assess, and combine rules measuring provider behaviors
- Build and maintain data-driven algorithms, including AI and machine learning models, to improve our provider recommendations estimates
- Design scalable data pipelines that ingest, clean, and enrich healthcare provider data
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, research, and operations teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
Other
- 2-5 years professional experience in data science, product analytics, and/or healthcare
- A demonstrated ability to independently solve difficult problems and deliver high quality results to senior stakeholders
- A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and do whatever is necessary to ensure company success
- A desire to be a part of our mission to improve the U.S. healthcare system
- Must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
