Significance is seeking a Navy SharePoint Specialist to deploy, configure, and maintain SharePoint environments, ensuring secure and efficient collaboration for the federal government.
Requirements
- At least five years’ experience with SharePoint tools, workflow, site customization, site and security
- Certified Business Intelligence Professional (CBIP) required
Responsibilities
- deploying, configuring, and maintaining SharePoint environments (Online or On-Premises)
- managing site collections, permission and security policies to ensure secure and efficient collaboration
- monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, apply updates, and implement backup and disaster recovery plans to safeguard data
- integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Power Platform)
- automate tasks via PowerShell
- enforce governance policies
- provide user training and support to optimize SharePoint’s functionality and alignment with organizational needs

- Strong problem solving and communication skills both verbal and writing.
- Bachelor's Degree in IT Management or Engineering
- Active Secret Clearance
