SMX is seeking to support NAWCAD at Patuxent River, MD with data acquisition and data systems integration.
Requirements
- Knowledge of DoD Information Assurance practices, including Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG)
- DoD 8570 compliant (IAT Level 2)
- CCNA Security, CySA+, G SEC, Security+ CE, SSCP
Responsibilities
- Research, design and develop data systems, architectures, tools, infrastructure components, and models
- Leverage high-performance computing infrastructures into systems architecture
- Recommend best architectures, tools, and technologies to address organizational needs
Other
- Ability to maintain a Top Secret Clearance
- Ability to interact with peers, management, and senior engineers in a constantly evolving environment to ensure a positive customer experience and atmosphere in the workplace.
- 3+ years of related IT experience required
- Associate degree in IT field
- Past DoD system administration experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT field desired
