SNC is looking for interns to work on real-world assignments directly related to their field of study in the aerospace and defense industry, specifically in the ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance), Aviation, and Security (IAS) business area.
Requirements
- Strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio
- Microsoft Access skills
- Pursuing a degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or data science
Responsibilities
- Get hands on actual projects
- Work side by side with recognized industry experts on real-world assignments
- Attend planning meetings
- Complete assignments as tasked by the team
- Absorb and learn from the team and apply that learning to projects assigned
- Participate in an in-depth program built by the University Recruiting team
- Contribute to cross-functional workshops and meetings with leadership
Other
- Must be a Sophomore, Junior or Senior in college or technical school, with at least 6 months until graduation after end of internship
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
- U.S. Citizenship status is required
- Strong organization skills and work ethic; detail oriented
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment
