Responsibilities
- Analyze supply chain and operations data to uncover patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the development of predictive models (e.g., demand forecasting, inventory optimization) and prescriptive analytics (e.g., scenario planning, decision support).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions.
- Contribute to the design of scalable analytics tools and dashboards that drive operational excellence.
- Using tools such as Python, Palantir, Microsoft Fabric and Excel to build models, visualizations, and alerts that inform supply chain decisions.
- Applying statistical and machine learning techniques to real-world datasets to support forecasting, anomaly detection, and optimization.
- Documenting methodologies and findings to ensure transparency and enable future enhancements.
Other
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, IT, or Computer Science.
- Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer
- Authorized to work for any employer in the US without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with a quiet workspace away from interruptions
