Requirements
- Experience with Python, Power BI, and dashboard development.
- Strong technical background in AI.
- Analytical thinker comfortable identifying and solving operational pain points.
- Skilled in Excel, process mapping, and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement AI models and data pipelines to support business outcomes.
- Propose and execute solutions to improve customer service and operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain complex data models, dashboards, and API/ETL connections.
- Gain exposure to broker/dealer operations and internal analytics platforms.
- Align analytics outputs with business needs and stakeholder feedback.
Other
- Students are partnered with a professional mentor, supervisor, and executive leader to gain networking opportunities and learn from industry professionals.
- At the conclusion of the internship, each intern will have the opportunity to present on their experience and a specific project of their choice.
- Manage collaborative project structures and cross-functional initiatives.
- Collaborate with associates, leadership, and executives within the department and serve as a contributing partner in team meetings, project meetings, and ongoing Cambridge activities.
- Students studying management, finance, business, data analytics, computer science, data science, information technology, or similar majors will likely be the most successful in these roles.
