eSimplicity is seeking a Data Scientist IV to apply advanced statistical methods, tools, and coding languages to implement data models, identify data trends and anomalies, and produce data analyses across a variety of subject domains, including financial claims data, to improve the lives and ensure the security of all Americans.
Requirements
- Advanced analytic techniques to identify anomalies, patterns, and predictive variables
- Experience with R and/or Python
- Experience with SAS or SQL
- Experience with data management and data manipulation
- Experience with graph databases and topologies (e.g. nearest neighbor)
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud environment
- Experience with generative AI query prompts
Responsibilities
- Implement data models to identify data trends and anomalies
- Produce data analyses across a variety of subject domains
- Develop regression, classification, and other statistical models to detect and prevent fraud, waste, abuse, and mismanagement
- Code rules and models using open-source programming techniques and tools, including R and/or Python
- Query structured and unstructured datasets to answer business questions using SAS or SQL
- Manage and manipulate data, including building data pipelines
- Identify anomalies, patterns, and predictive variables using advanced analytic techniques
Other
- Must pass public trust clearance through the U.S. Federal Government
- Must be a U.S. citizen or pass clearance through the Foreign National Government System
- Must have a valid and non-expired passport from country of birth and appropriate VISA/work permit documentation
- Must have lived within the United States for at least 3 out of the previous 5 years
- Strong oral and written skills are required
