Requirements
- Demonstrated experience working with large datasets, specifically related to understanding operational performance.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.
- Practical experience with ETL processes, automation techniques, and/or machine learning concepts.
Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators and critical reporting requirements, ensuring data aligns with strategic goals.
- Deeply investigate and maintain comprehensive knowledge of complex operational and performance datasets.
- Proactively initiate projects to build and procure new data sources, expanding our analytical capabilities.
- Craft and optimize sophisticated SQL and Python queries to efficiently extract, transform, and analyze vast datasets.
- Design, develop, and maintain insightful dashboards, providing clear visualizations of performance trends and key metrics.
- Conduct in-depth, ad-hoc operational analyses to uncover root causes, identify opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Navigate and prioritize multiple competing initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, consistently delivering high-quality results.
