Indeed is seeking a Data Scientist I to optimize marketing strategies, improve measurement frameworks, and enhance overall business outcomes by utilizing advanced data science techniques.
Requirements
- Proven success in deploying impactful machine learning solutions into large-scale production systems
- Experience collaborating across teams and utilizing large language models (LLMs)
- Deep understanding of machine learning, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics
- Knowledge of deploying and managing ML/AI solutions at scale, including tradeoffs and complexities
- Experience working with marketing or product teams to drive business growth
Responsibilities
- Build and enhance components of our marketing measurement framework, including Marketing Mix Models, Multi-Touch Attribution, and Incrementality Testing
- Communicate how machine learning and AI can transform campaign measurement and business outcomes across the organization
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement innovative, data-driven solutions that improve user and marketer experiences
- Prepare datasets, develop and optimize models, and maintain model inference services to support ongoing marketing initiatives
- Apply new techniques from open source packages and research to solve complex business problems creatively
- Train, mentor, and grow other data scientists, data engineers, and machine learning engineers within the organization
- Stay current with industry trends, foster external partnerships, and ensure our data practices remain at the forefront of technological advancements
Other
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in data science, analytics, machine learning, or a related discipline
- Ability to translate complex data insights into strategic business recommendations
- Excellent communication skills to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels
