At TrueCommerce, data drives everything we do, and the company is seeking a Data Scientist to turn complex information into actionable intelligence that helps businesses around the world flow smarter, driving data-driven decision making, delivering predictive insights, and developing advanced models that enhance supply chain visibility, efficiency, and optimization for customers.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Python, R, and SQL for data analysis and modeling.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) and their data structures.
  • Hands-on expertise with machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Knowledge of predictive modeling for demand planning, order fulfillment, and supplier performance.
  • Ability to work with large-scale, complex transactional datasets from multiple integrations.
  • Experience deploying models into production on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Familiarity with API-based data exchange and SaaS integration patterns.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large datasets from products and applications to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
  • Design, develop, and implement predictive and prescriptive models to optimize workflows.
  • Implement robust MLOps practices to ensure the seamless deployment and scalability of predictive models.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to embed analytics and AI-driven recommendations directly into products.
  • Build advanced analytics tools and dashboards to improve data-driven decision making for both internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Collaborate with customer facing teams to deliver insights that improve adoption and customer outcomes.
  • Ensure quality, governance, and integrity of data across diverse, complex distributed systems and products.

Other

  • Master's degree is required (Data Science, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or Mathematics or related field)
  • 5+ years of experience in data science & machine learning, ideally within the tech industry
