Noblis is looking to solve federal clients' immediate mission challenges by developing innovative solutions using data science and AI technologies.
Requirements
- Experience using ML and data science packages such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn.
- Experience leveraging open-source AI/ML models and adapting them to generate custom solutions.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and capabilities, to include frontier large language models and agent-based systems.
- Proficiency with the Python programming language.
- Familiarity with database systems such as PostgreSQL.
- Comfortable using development tools such as VSCode, github/gitlab, Jira, and Confluence.
- Familiarity with Agile development workflows.
Responsibilities
- Identify, adapt, and integrate state-of-the-art research and open-source technologies into creative solutions.
- Train or fine-tune new machine learning models to solve unique challenges.
- Research, apply, analyze, and document technical approaches and their outcomes.
- Leverage various computing resources such as GPU clusters and cloud-based compute servers.
- Develop rapid prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions to mission challenges
- Work with other data scientists, software developers, and subject matter experts to develop solutions
- Develop unique solutions for customers using technologies such as agentic AI workflows, data triage, search/optimization, image/video analysis, facial recognition, behavior detection, and automated discovery
Other
- Bachelors degree and 5 years of related experience or Masters degree and 3 years of related experience.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance with SCI and Polygraph.
