Requirements
- Strong analytical and statistical skills with proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, data modeling, and data warehousing concepts.
- Expertise in a general-purpose programming language (e.g., Python) for data manipulation, modeling, and automation is required.
- Proficiency in marketing and pricing concepts and experience with business intelligence platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy advanced analytical models, including competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and price elasticity, to identify pricing opportunities and risks.
- Partner with stakeholders in Marketing Analytics, IT, and enterprise data functions to design, build, and implement scalable data and analytics solutions.
- Leverage advanced analytics and data science to build and enhance automation, segmentation, and test-and-learn capabilities.
- Collaborate with pricing analysts to understand data requirements and deliver effective, automated technical solutions.
- Act as a technical lead and mentor to analysts on the pricing team, providing guidance on data science best practices and advanced analytical techniques.
- Contribute to the analytical design for new products, packaging, promotions, and expansion initiatives.
- Support the development of analytical tools for discount controls, margin leakage analysis, and sales enablement to improve price realization.

- Experience in a recurring revenue business is required; experience in pest control, home services, or a similar subscription-based industry is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated success in developing and deploying analytical models and data science solutions in a collaborative, matrixed organization.
