Requirements
- Demonstrated superior analytical skills with diverse analytics, data types, and statistical software and applications.
- Experience with machine learning and AI tools
- Advanced modeling skills
- Experience with analytical engineering Proficiency in analytics tools like SQL, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Databricks, and dbt
Responsibilities
- Leads staff in the most advanced descriptive, initial concept to fully tested production, and communicates results to a broad range of audiences.
- Expert use of the most current and emerging technologies to evaluate trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations to management, via understanding of the business model and the information available for analysis.
- Uses data, statistical, and quantitative analysis, explanatory and high complexity predictive modeling and fact based management to drive decision making.
- Mentors less senior staff, leads cross functional teams, and routinely works on multiple highly complex assigments.
- Provides consultation to Sr. Leadership on a routine basis.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Other
- Master's degree or equivalent in a quantitative discipline required.
- Proven expert and nine (9) years work experience in innovative measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem solving, solutions implementation, operations analysis, marketing analysis, simulation development and/or predictive analytics.
- Outstanding Interpersonal skills, written, and oral communication skills.
- Proven Leadership skills.
