Requirements
- Experience with PowerBI (Dax, Query Editor), Python, SQL, Java, strong database skills
- Technical Expertise – Two to five years of experience applying advanced analytic techniques (data modeling, data visualization, descriptive statistics) to solve complex business problems
- Strong working knowledge of contemporary analysis technology, software platforms and methodologies
- Demonstrated experience in applying statistical techniques (descriptive, predictive, prescriptive) to solve business problems
- Demonstrated experience in effective utilization techniques to explore data to find root causes as well as presentation of results
Responsibilities
- Apply advanced analytics to ensure visibility and exposure of critical data, necessary for proper portfolio investment decisions
- Compile and Visualize key Innovation metrics into KPI dashboards for communication to executive leadership
- Validate data model output with key business and R&D partners to ensure high data quality
- Apply deep and broad knowledge of advanced analytical techniques
- Leverage AI platform for expedient and repeatable generation of code
- Communicate across engineering and business colleagues at all levels of the organization and collaborate in a business-sensitive manner that is flexible and unbiased
Other
- Education Requirements – Advanced degree (currently enrolled or completed) or Bachelor’s degree with 2-5 years experience in analytical competency (Data Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, etc.) is required
- Project Leadership – Ability to execute small to medium scale projects with the ability to define scope schedule, cost, risk, resources and change management
- Business Confidentiality – Trustworthy with sensitive & confidential business information, keeping all internal and external disclosure rules
