Requirements
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma (LSS)
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Ability to exercise judgment based on the study of multiple sources of information.

- Statistics, product outcomes, large data, Real Estate outcomes.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of standard rules and techniques/procedures to do complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Work on assigned cross-functional research or analytical projects leveraging advanced computational algorithms.
- Apply the tools of modern data science using open-source architecture.
- Coordinate data aggregation and curate reports using various business intelligence and reporting applications.
- Support and maintain applications, networks, and devices.
- Research and design application development, infrastructure, or service standards.
- Develop custom algorithms for solving real estate business problems across a wealth of structured and unstructured data across many data sources.
- Confirm the quality and integrity of new and existing data sources.
