Requirements
- Experience in building and deploying predictive models and data pipelines.
- Familiarity with data science toolkits such as Python, R, and PySpark.
- Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL concepts.
- Understanding of emerging technologies like NoSQL databases and predictive analytics.
- Fluent in data science methodologies and tools.
- Strong understanding of data governance and management practices.
- Experience in systems development and project management methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with domain experts to assess business problems and opportunities for machine learning.
- Design, build, tune, and deploy AI/ML tools in alignment with IT frameworks.
- Perform large-scale experiments to uncover relationships between data sets.
- Communicate model performance and trade-offs to stakeholders.
- Determine requirements for training and evolving deep learning models.
- Visualize data insights through engaging dashboards and reports.
- Lead the development of divisional strategies for AI/ML outcomes.
Other
- PhD or master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience with large-scale data to solve problems.
- Prior experience in the Manufacturing Industry.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
