Chase Sales Analytics team supports executives in the Consumer Bank to analyze and optimize the sales function at Chase branches, leveraging data science and analytics to optimize sales performance and drive value and customer experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with optimization and machine learning models design and implementation – can be in a marketing, operational or digital setting.
- Expertise implementing next-gen models using machine learning in a Hadoop environment.
- Use data analysis tools/platforms (SQL, R/Python, Teradata, AWS, Airflow & Hadoop) to analyze data from multiple sources.
Responsibilities
- Help develop and drive optimization roadmap for branch staffing functions using Machine Learning frameworks.
- Utilize advanced analytics to identify opportunities for improving the overall branch ecosystem across roles in several lines of business.
- Independently manage projects end-to-end, from ideation to implementation, keeping all relevant stakeholders informed.
- Use data analysis tools/platforms (SQL, R/Python, Teradata, AWS, Airflow & Hadoop) to analyze data from multiple sources.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses for lead performance, trend analysis, other analyses, as required.
- Implement prioritization models to allow for optimized in-branch servicing and sales while also effectively handling day to day foot traffic.
- Work with strategy partners to balance a strong experimentation environment with the need for quick, informed business decisions.

- Relevant experience of 3+ years and a Bachelors or Masters in related field, preferably Financial Services.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to work and collaborate with internal and external partners.
- Problem-solving skills are essential.
- Must be able to think outside the box to implement creative solutions that solve business problems without sacrificing experimentation integrity.
