Requirements
- 4+ years of professional experience with SQL
- 4+ years of statistical programming in R/Python and/or analytics engineering experience in Python
- 4+ years of professional experience with BI Tools (Tableau, Looker, Hex, etc.)
- 2+ years of experience with enterprise HR/People data systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, Qualtrics) and/or experience working with non-technical operations teams
- 2+ years of experience in causal inference, experimental design, and statistical modeling
- 2+ years of experience with data orchestration and transformation tools (e.g., Airflow, dbt) and deploying data pipelines
Responsibilities
- Serve as an analytics consultant to key partners in HR, Talent Acquisition, and Finance where you will apply your expertise in data science, applied statistics and analytics engineering to build tooling and identify insights that drive strategic and operational improvement
- Conduct end-to-end analyses on large, complex datasets to diagnose operational challenges, tell a compelling story, and provide actionable recommendations to executive leadership
- Design, build, and maintain data products and automated workflows that scale our team's analytical offerings and support our partners' long-term needs
- Uphold a high standard for data integrity and analytical rigor, working through ambiguity to produce clear, defensible insights
Other
- A MBA / Master's degree, PhD, or equivalent experience in Data Science Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, Applied Math, Physics, Engineering, or other quantitative fields
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work through ambiguity to delivery on projects that have driven organizational change
- Proven ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and discuss appropriate tradeoffs
- Highly self-driven and intellectually curious with a growth mindset focused on maximizing organizational impact
- Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday
