Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI
- Proven expertise in machine learning and statistical modeling
- Experience with AI frameworks including PyTorch, LLMs, Foundational Language Model Training, Generative AI, Vector Databases, Transformers, State Space Models, and Deep Learning architectures
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the vision and strategic direction for the Data Science Group, aligning with overall business goals and enterprise initiatives
- Lead the development and deployment of impactful AI products such as Autonomous Coding and RTS Checkout, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to integrate data science solutions into broader organizational initiatives and measure their impact
- Establish scalable processes, tools, and best practices to enhance team efficiency and operational effectiveness
- Drive research and development efforts to stay at the forefront of machine learning, AI, and data science innovations
- Provide technical guidance to solve complex problems, including cloud-based model deployment and large-scale data engineering challenges
- Ensure the data science team’s outputs contribute to achieving revenue targets and business growth
