Responsibilities
- Design, configure, implement, operate, and maintain technology systems
- Address new technology, compliance, and industry standards
- Fluent in HL7 data management and normalization
- Work with teammates to accept support tickets from client partners around specific data transformation requests
- Research, review, troubleshoot, analyze, and triage tickets appropriately
- Provide expertise on receiving and transforming data from disparate sources
- Work cross functionally within the company and externally with partners to meet data transformation, interface mapping, configuration, and validation needs
