Epsilon is looking to transform data into strategy for executive leadership, democratize data across the organization, and enhance user experiences with their internal analytics and reporting products by developing enterprise-wide People Analytics dashboards and reporting solutions.
Requirements
- Sophisticated proficiency in Power BI, including efficient data modeling, dashboard design, dynamic visualizations, row-level security and implementing incremental refresh strategies.
- Proficiency in Python, R, DAX or SQL for data analysis and automation.
- Strong skills in advanced Excel, Power Query, and Power Automate for data cleaning, reporting, and workflow automation.
- Experience working with HRIS, Talent Acquisition, and HR enterprise platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, iCIMS, ADP) to support reporting and analytics is highly preferred.
- Exposure to predictive analytics, workforce analytics, AI in HR or AI Agent development is a plus.
- 5 + years of experience in BI development, data engineering, or analytics roles (HR data experience preferred but not mandatory).
- Knowledge of HR concepts and workforce metrics will be good to have.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and maintain intuitive, actionable, and visually compelling Power BI dashboard and reporting products using tools like Power BI, power query, power automate & similar platforms.
- Collaborate with HRIS, IT, and business teams to understand, source, cleanse, and transform workforce data for analytics and reporting.
- Create a variety of recurring and ad-hoc reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to support various HR and business functions.
- Identify opportunities to automate data collection, processing, and reporting tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, errors, and integrity issues within HR systems and reports.
- Maintain clear, accessible documentation of data models, metrics, algorithms, and refresh schedules across the reporting ecosystem.
- Support sophisticated analytics initiatives, including predictive modeling and machine learning, in partnership with data scientists.
