DMI is seeking a Data Visualization Engineer to develop and maintain reporting and event correlation infrastructure, design dynamic dashboards, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or other related field
- 7-10 Years of experience
- Experience with reporting and event correlation infrastructure
- Experience with dynamic dashboard design and development
- Experience with data visualization and performance metrics
- Experience with ServiceNow or other performance management systems
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the reporting and event correlation infrastructure to ensure consistent availability and accurate real-time data.
- Design and update dynamic dashboards that visualize performance metrics, system status, and historical trends for various OCIO teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and provide actionable insights through tailored reports.
- Integrate reporting solutions with other performance management systems, such as ServiceNow, to enhance data utility and accessibility.
- Monitor reporting services for accuracy, scalability, and flexibility, implementing improvements as needed.
- Maintain thorough documentation of reporting processes, configurations, and deliverables to ensure compliance and knowledge sharing.
