RTX Corporation is seeking an innovative, creative, detailed, and data-focused team member with expertise using SharpCloud to join their SharpCloud Center of Excellence. This new team is providing governance, guidance, technical support, and thought leadership for the Enterprise Services digital team responsible for the technical solution aspects of the SharpCloud deployment at RTX by Enterprise Services.
Requirements
- 2+ years working experience and knowledge of Project Management / BI tools, comfortable with data analytics / data modeling tools and concepts.
- Ability to drive innovation and process efficiency within complex data modeling and visualization platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Programming experience in HTML or JSON formats, Python, C++, SQL, experience with Microsoft Productivity Suite (SharePoint, Power Apps, Dataverse), Power BI, Tableau
- Certifications – RTX CORE, SharpCloud, SAFe; Experience using SAFe Agile framework, JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow
- Working knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools to enable quality insights and actionable decision making.
- 2+ years’ proven experience working directly with/administering SharpCloud as a SharpCloud Solution Architect.
Responsibilities
- Perform as a SharpCloud Subject Matter Expert for the Enterprise Center of Excellence (CoE) team.
- Provide support to the SharpCloud Solution Architect, the CoE team leader, Program Manager as we implement SharpCloud solutions and stories.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for system configurations, processes, and best practices as governed by the CoE.
- Lead the testing and validation of proposed stories and ensure they meet business requirements while aligning with the CoE recommendations and best practices.
- Support the SharpCloud Solution Architect in the design and development of the appropriate sustainment model for the strategic program templates supported by the CoE (for example, CORE Control Room templates).
- Support the SharpCloud Solution Architect in the definition of the onboarding playbook (basic requirements) for any new user – training, certifications, template scope, initial access etc.
- Coordinate with the RTX Enterprise Services Shared Services digital support team to ensure platform software maintenance is timely, compliance is maintained, incident tickets are managed.
