MultiCare is looking to build a holistic, technology-agnostic view of the organization’s business processes and information assets; linking the business mission, strategy and processes of the organization to its Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) strategy.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Epic’s Clarity SQL (Clarity-related certifications are a plus)
- Expertise in T-SQL, with a focus on writing complex queries and performance optimization
- Advanced Power BI development skills, including DAX, data modeling, and use of external tools such as DAX Studio and Tabular Editor
- Minimum three (3) years experience in data architecture, data warehousing, logical and physical data modeling, ETL, business information system architectures, system engineering, project management, and information application design and development
- Experience with healthcare systems, databases, and interfaces in hospitals and clinic settings or with a healthcare system vendor preferred
- Experience in project management techniques that implement and support technology, applications, programs and services
Responsibilities
- working with Data Warehouse and Information Intelligence team building a holistic, technology-agnostic view of the organization’s business processes and information assets; linking the business mission, strategy and processes of the organization to its Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) strategy.
- implementing EDW solutions by developing ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load) in sustainable and agile manner.
- develops data models that support business objectives.
- works closely with the Data Warehouse Manager and other Data Architects to ensure consistency and scalability in developed solutions.
- supports information delivery solution requiring knowledge of data models and data sources.
- Provides support in all areas of technical requirement for BI solutions, including design, development and configuration of the basic data model and ETL.
- Works closely with business, and Information Intelligence associates to support the best-practices for data integration, security, performance and sustainability.

- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Mathematics, Informatics, Computer Science, and Business or Information Technology required
- Equivalent technical training/certification and additional work experience that demonstrates technical competency may be considered
- Off-hours and weekends may be required to resolve emergency issues, during implementation and maintenance activities, and during 24x7 on-call rotations.
