NT Concepts is seeking an experienced Database Developer to solve data transformation challenges within the Intel Community, supporting critical government systems and advancing the modernization, transformation, and automation of the national security mission.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, manipulating, and managing data.
- Experience with database systems such as PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and Neo4j.
- Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and techniques.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Java, or .NET.
Responsibilities
- Create efficient and scalable database structures tailored to application and user requirements.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers.
- Develop and maintain data models and database schemas.
- Enhance database performance through query optimization, indexing strategies, and other tuning techniques.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security through best practices and validation measures.
- Partner with software engineers, data analysts, and stakeholders to integrate databases with applications and systems.
- Diagnose and resolve database-related issues, perform routine maintenance, and ensure reliable operation.
