Maintain accuracy and quality of data collected from District users and systems. Design, build, maintain databases and produce reports. Collect and retrieve data from multiple sources. Perform query/report writing and other statistical elements.
Requirements
- Five (5) years of experience with MS SQL Server Administration.
- Experience with SQL querying and reporting.
- Experience with C programming.
- Experience with relational database design.
- Experience with Tableau, SSRS, and SSIS.
- Knowledge of data security.
- Advanced analytical/technical skills to collect and prepare productivity data, etc.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop ETL/ELT solutions for managing data movement in, out of and between various data systems, platforms, and file types and moving and transforming data for ODS, Staging, and Data Warehousing.
- Map out the conceptual design for a planned database. Refine the logical design so that it can be translated into a specific data model using relational database concepts, data modeling, and design.
- Create, perform, and manage routine data operations in bulk (replication, distribution, import, export, reporting, warehousing, purging, and archival, etc.) and in detail (record error corrections, new code assignments, etc.).
- Maintain data standards, including adherence to data protection as defined by the District.
- Track usage, performance, integrity, security, and incidents of critical applications for the purpose of making improvement and planning changes.
- Assist in the development and manage the implementation of data policy decisions, data collection rules, business rules, integrity measures, security measures, etc.
- Address long-term and strategic data issues such as coding schemes, data mapping, data structures, archival data formats, data integration and migration, data mining and analysis, coordination of data interactions on multiple platforms, and user training.

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
