Requirements
- 3+ year of Database experience
- 3+ years of Network and PC Maintenance experience
- 3+ years of Virtual Server experience
- Programing Knowledge and experience
- Experience with Active Directory
- Experience with C, .NET 6 (or higher), Python
- Experience with SQL
Responsibilities
- Respond to staff requests for support followed up with diagnosing, troubleshooting, and solutions
- Assist in the design, deploy, and maintain data center, network, and end user infrastructure
- Manage tool updates, mitigate vulnerabilities, apply patching, and work to ensure proper security measures are taken at every turn
- Developing technical documentation including requirements and user manuals where needed
- Collaborate with IT team members to ensure department success
- Work with end users, management, and clients to assess and execute the needs of the business
- Documenting solutions and tracking support requests using a helpdesk and project management tool
Other
- A bachelor's degree in computer programming, computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience
- Good verbal skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Strong desire to learn
