The Foundation for Catholic Education needs to establish and maintain a robust data infrastructure for their donor and program databases, while also providing essential support for their expanding Robotics program in elementary schools.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in database management, CRM systems, or program coordination.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and donor databases (experience with Blackbaud preferred).
- Knowledge of coding preferable.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain donor, program, and constituent databases (transitioning to Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT).
- Oversee data hygiene, imports/exports, deduplication, segmentation, and reporting.
- Build and maintain dashboards, queries, and reports to support fundraising, finance, and programmatic needs.
- Train staff on CRM tools and serve as primary liaison with software vendors and consultants.
- Collaborate with the Development and Finance teams to ensure accurate tracking of gifts, pledges, and donor engagement.
- Support automation and reporting related to EITC, TuitionCare, and other giving initiatives.
- Maintain program data and assist with scheduling, registration tracking, and communication with schools.

- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in STEM education and experience working with school-based programs a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with flexibility and initiative.
