Rincon Research Corporation is looking to solve national security and defense signal processing, geolocation, and communication problems by innovating, developing, and fielding digital signal processing (DSP) products and services for the United States Defense and Intelligence Communities.
Requirements
- Proficient in modern software engineering practices for testability and readability
- Proficient in C++ and Python in LINUX environments
- Proficient in SQL and/or NoSQL, JavaScript, CSS, HTML
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks including Vue, React, Angular
- DevOps and Cloud computing Experience (Gitlab, CI/CD, CVE mitigations, Docker, Kubernetes, PIP)
- Agile development processes
- Experience with efficient software implementation of signal processing algorithms
Responsibilities
- designing and implementing data systems with both web and database components
- analyzing and maintaining existing databases and web interfaces
- adding new features to operational systems
- implementing signal processing and other algorithms with efficient software
- testing with real data
- providing applications to front-line customer facilities
- creating effective user interfaces and data visualization tools
Other
- Degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD) in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
- Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI security clearance
- US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED
- Ability to work unsupervised with minimal direction and the ability to self-start
- At least 3 years' experience in software engineering-related discipline
