Visa is looking to deliver its U.S. debit product strategy and solutions to clients, driving payment volume and generating significant net revenue for the company.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Excel, Tableau and PowerPoint
- Ability to interpret data and translate findings into strategic insights and actionable recommendations
- 4+ years’ relevant experience at management consulting firm, payments facilitator, processor, or US Financial Institution
- Strong project management experience with a proven track record of executing complex cross functional projects on time and within budget
- A high, self-defined standard of excellence and drive for continual improvement
- An affinity for payments technology and its future. Deep curiosity about what is happening, and what is happening next in the industry.
- Strong collaboration and ability to manage cross functionally
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing strategic market insights, portfolio performance analyses, industry benchmarking, and opportunity recommendations
- Manage overall and client-specific debit product performance analysis and reporting, keeping abreast of trends, variances, and issues to derive actionable insights and large picture business risks and opportunities in a fast-changing, competitive landscape
- Work with internal and external partners to provide and maintain intelligence on competitive industry dynamics
- Operate as a subject matter expert to internal and external business partners
- Act as eyes and ears to the market for debit solutions, identifying opportunities and issues that will drive overall consumer debit product strategy and execution
- Support Request for Proposal (RFP) and new business development opportunities
- Work collaboratively with key business partners (including Visa Consulting & Analytics, Marketing, Value-Added Services, Account Executives and Client Services)
Other
- 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Permanent Authorization to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment for this position
