The company is looking to elevate its analytics capabilities and accelerate growth and optimize performance within its membership programs and customer portfolio management initiatives.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency with SQL, including experience querying complex datasets from cloud-based warehouses (e.g., Google Cloud Platform, AWS)
  • Expertise in designing and conducting experiments, incrementality measurement and interpreting analytical results to inform business decisions
  • Experience creating insightful data visualizations and presentations that effectively communicate complex analytical findings to stakeholders
  • Experience applying advanced analytical techniques, such as regression modeling, decision trees, clustering, or predictive analytics
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data analytics and engineering platforms/tools (e.g., BigQuery, Databricks, Snowflake)
  • Proficiency in additional analytical tools and programming languages (Python, R, Tableau, Power BI)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end analyses, defining objectives, methodologies and expected outcomes aligned to strategic priorities
  • Apply SQL and statistical methods to analyze complex datasets and uncover customer insights and measure incrementality
  • Create dashboards and executive presentations that translate complex results into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Analyze promotional ROI, test/control frameworks and audience segmentation to drive growth and retention
  • Collaborate with membership, finance, marketing and CRM to surface insights and influence key business decisions
  • Coach junior analysts in analytical best practices and foster their technical and professional growth

Other

  • 3 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science roles, preferably within retail, consumer insights, marketing analytics or customer strategy
  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, management, or related field)
  • Master’s degree or MBA in Analytics, Data Science, Business, or a related quantitative discipline
  • Proven ability to work independently and proactively, with strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset
