Perficient is looking to double-down on AI-first development and advance its global Custom Development practice, specifically within the Financial Services and Healthcare industries, by strengthening its partnerships with AWS and GCP. The company needs a Delivery Director to manage client engagements, drive growth, identify new opportunities, deepen client relationships, and foster strategic partnerships to deliver innovative solutions leveraging AI.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the Product Development space within the AWS or GCP ecosystem is key.
  • Demonstrable proficiency in AI
  • Experience working with the channel within the AWS or GCP space with a current rolodex of contacts in good standing.
  • Proven experience as a senior project resource, leading and delivering complex enterprise solutions, including experience in designing and implementing custom software applications, cloud-native architectures, and scalable software solutions.
  • Experience with Generative AI tools and their potential applications within software development.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support data-informed task execution.
  • Possesses a strong understanding of AI capabilities and limitation including ethical considerations is expected.

Responsibilities

  • Bring deep subject matter expertise in AI first development on AWS and GCP to bear to delivery
  • Focus on growth in Product Development and Application Modernization specialties (e.g., full-stack development, custom software development, mobile development, product operating model, modernizing legacy applications).
  • Explore and advocate for the leveraging of AI in software experiences.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with GenAI tools and their potential to aid the SDLC.
  • Provide strategic thought leadership for the Product Development practice, anticipating future market trends and identifying emerging opportunities.
  • Contribute to our AWS or GCP partner engagement strategy.
  • Lead key strategy meetings around IP/offerings and GTM.

Other

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, delivery, and/or practice leadership within the IT services industry.
  • Deep understanding of leading and delivering successful consulting engagements.
  • Strong domain expertise with the ability to build compelling business cases and establish yourself as a trusted advisor.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead discussions with both business and technical leaders, navigating organizational hurdles and influencing key stakeholders.
