The role emphasizes driving system enhancements, deploying new products, and improving processes to meet business goals. Requirements
- Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications.
- Demonstrated expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development.
- Full Stack Skills: Excellent hands-on experience with JavaScript, Python, Java/J2EE, MVC, and GenAI
Responsibilities
- Partners with multiple management teams to integrate functions and identify system enhancements.
- Resolves high-impact problems by evaluating complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards.
- Provides expertise in applications programming, ensuring designs adhere to the overall architecture blueprint.
- Develops standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation, based on advanced knowledge of system flow.
- Develops comprehensive knowledge of how areas like architecture and infrastructure integrate to achieve business goals.
- Conducts in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions.
- Assesses risk in business decisions, safeguarding the firm's reputation and assets (specifically Citigroup's), and ensures compliance with laws, rules, and regulations.

- 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis.
