Dell Cloud Software & Security Sales is looking for an Inside Product Specialist to act as a technical consultant during the sales process, advising customers on product features, configurations, pricing, and availability, and delivering technical solutions to meet customer needs.

- General industry and competitor knowledge
Responsibilities
- Responsible for selling a defined set of products and services taking around 5-10 inbound phone calls
- You will act as a technical resource to support the sales organization to meet their objectives
- Utilizes a strategic approach to identify, evaluate, and recommend business solutions considering customer needs and Dell interests.
- Identify customer needs and requirements, and recommend the appropriate products and solutions making around 15-25 outbound calls to acquire and follow up
- Promote and position key strategic products and service offerings

- 2 -4 years of relevant industry experience
- Bachelor's or associate degree preferred
