Deloitte Technology Associate Internship, Technology Support – New York, NY is looking to solve the problem of providing efficient and effective technical support to Deloitte's mobile workforce, ensuring smooth operations and user satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experience providing demonstrated technical support of computer hardware/software, including laptops, printers, and smartphone technologies, MS Windows and MAC OS, MSOffice 365 products or other cloud-based technologies.
Responsibilities
- Perform hardware and software configuration, maintenance, upgrades and troubleshooting of laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
- Engage with vendors to coordinate hardware repairs for laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
- Maintain accurate inventory of all IT assets.
- Assist with one-on-one and group training for peers and customers, including onboarding of new hires.
Other
- Associate’s Degree in progress at a CUNY school with a minimum GPA of 2.5
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in technology
- Strong communication, teaming and presentation experience
- Ability to build relationships across teams, levels, geographies, etc.
- Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to manage and deliver multiple projects/assignments/responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
